One of the most exciting developments in the last few years is the set of approaches focused on experiment driven product strategy and development. Organizations are shifting to from “can we build it” to “should we build it” by leveraging early experimentation to de-risk product initiatives and accelerate innovation and disruption. While implementing Lean Startup behaviors is relatively easy in small startups, fail-fast and theory driven behaviors can be harder to inculcate in large enterprises protective of legacy products.
In this one day interactive workshop, we introduce core tools, practices, and concepts that will help bring Lean Startup, Business Model Generation and Customer Development practices to larger organziations in a well-defined manner.
