This experiential workshop examines what it means to be truly adaptive in today's dynamic environment. Drawing on the latest thinking in neuroleadership, influenced by the values and principles of agile development, lean and lean start-up, design thinking, complexity theory, human dynamics and organisational change, this lab provides a foundation for truly adaptive business agility. Participants learn by doing, they explore scenarios and apply techniques to envisioning and designing the future and will experience new ways of thinking and working in teams and will craft a prioritized Personal Agility Plan that outlines the approaches they will take to improve their personal agility and leave with a practical toolkit and fresh perspective on how to optimize their value and better.
Though each Certified Agile Leadership course varies depending on the instructor, all Certified Agile Leadership courses intend to create awareness of, and begin the journey toward, Agile Leadership. Graduates will receive the Certified Agile Leadership designation. The vision of Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) program is to make the values and principles of Agile accessible to every leader, regardless of prior education and experience, by making known the why, what, and how of Agile in a pragmatic and experiential approach. The learning objectives for the CAL Credential Level 1 cover five categories, 1. The Context for Agile, 2. Agile Overview, 3. Leadership in an Agile Context, 4. The Agile Organization, and 5. Agile Approaches to change
